Hey there, I’m Coach Dani!
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and Restorative Movement Practitioner on a mission to teach movement and bodywork therapy to help you release stored emotions and heal chronic symptoms that show up as autoimmune disease.
I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease 16 years ago and overtime realized how limiting the traditional medical system was when it came to truly understanding what was going on in my body. Using my back ground in Exercise and Sport Science I began to explore human performance strategies used for elite athletes and how they could be implemented to heal autoimmune disease.
What I discovered was that methods like breath-work, mobility work, and lymphatic wellness began to decrease autoimmune flare-ups both for me and my clients. The more I researched into mind-body practices, the more I realized how much the nervous system plays a huge role in the regulation of the immune system.
Now I get to help my clients implement those strategies with the three-step Remade Method: Revive, Rebuild, Reclaim, to create a more holistic approach to healing autoimmune disease.
